Hi, iam Delbert Fang, Good luck today!
Ugh, it’s so hot outside! It’s 90 degrees and I’m trying to get some sleep, but it feels like I’m in a sauna. Talk about uncomfortable! I can’t seem to catch a break - no matter how many fans I have running or how much ice water I drink. It’s just too darn hot for me to get any restful sleep. If only there was a way to cool down this place without cranking up the AC…
Is 90 Degrees Too Hot To Sleep? [Solved]
For most of us, the sweet spot for sleep is between 60° and 68° F with 40-60% humidity. Anything else and you’re in for a rough night, according to the experts.
Temperature: The ideal temperature for a good night’s sleep is between 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything above this can make it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.
Humidity: High humidity levels can make it difficult to sleep, as the air feels heavy and uncomfortable. Aim for a humidity level of around 40-50%.
Bedroom Environment: Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and free from distractions like TVs or computers that could keep you awake at night.
Bedding: Choose bedding that is breathable and comfortable so you don’t overheat during the night. Natural fibers like cotton are best for regulating body temperature while sleeping.
Clothing: Wear light clothing made of natural fibers when going to bed in order to avoid overheating during the night due to excess fabric trapping heat against your body.
Cooling Products: If necessary, use cooling products such as fans or air conditioners to help keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature throughout the night so you don’t wake up feeling too hot or sweaty in the morning
It’s scorching hot outside - 90 degrees! Trying to get some sleep in this heat is next to impossible. I’m sweating buckets and tossing and turning all night long. Ugh, it’s so frustrating! I guess I’ll just have to grin and bear it until the temperature drops.
