Hi, iam Delbert Fang, Good luck today!

Ugh, it’s so hot outside! It’s 90 degrees and I’m trying to get some sleep, but it feels like I’m in a sauna. Talk about uncomfortable! I can’t seem to catch a break - no matter how many fans I have running or how much ice water I drink. It’s just too darn hot for me to get any restful sleep. If only there was a way to cool down this place without cranking up the AC…

Is 90 Degrees Too Hot To Sleep? [Solved]

For most of us, the sweet spot for sleep is between 60° and 68° F with 40-60% humidity. Anything else and you’re in for a rough night, according to the experts.

  1. Temperature: The ideal temperature for a good night’s sleep is between 60-67 degrees Fahrenheit. Anything above this can make it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.

  2. Humidity: High humidity levels can make it difficult to sleep, as the air feels heavy and uncomfortable. Aim for a humidity level of around 40-50%.

  3. Bedroom Environment: Make sure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and free from distractions like TVs or computers that could keep you awake at night.

  4. Bedding: Choose bedding that is breathable and comfortable so you don’t overheat during the night. Natural fibers like cotton are best for regulating body temperature while sleeping.

  5. Clothing: Wear light clothing made of natural fibers when going to bed in order to avoid overheating during the night due to excess fabric trapping heat against your body.

  6. Cooling Products: If necessary, use cooling products such as fans or air conditioners to help keep your bedroom at a comfortable temperature throughout the night so you don’t wake up feeling too hot or sweaty in the morning

It’s scorching hot outside - 90 degrees! Trying to get some sleep in this heat is next to impossible. I’m sweating buckets and tossing and turning all night long. Ugh, it’s so frustrating! I guess I’ll just have to grin and bear it until the temperature drops.
