Old Gru: The original Gru was a villainous character who was the main antagonist of the first Despicable Me movie. He was a bald, middle-aged man with a long nose and an evil laugh. He had an army of minions at his disposal and used them to carry out his nefarious plans.
Evil Plans: Old Gru’s plans were always focused on stealing something valuable or causing chaos in some way. He stole the Great Pyramid of Giza, attempted to steal the moon, and even tried to create an army of mutant animals using a shrink ray gun.
Minion Army: Old Gru had an army of minions that he used to help him carry out his evil plans. They were small yellow creatures with one eye each that followed his orders without question and helped him achieve whatever he wanted to do.
Transformation: After meeting three orphan girls, old Gru began to change for the better as he developed feelings for them and eventually adopted them as his own daughters which changed him from being a villain into being more heroic in nature by helping others instead of himself or causing chaos like before
