Pay Structure: Seal Team members are paid according to the rank and time in service of the individual. The base pay for an E-3 with less than two years of service is $2,139.00 per month.
Bonuses: In addition to base pay, Seal Team members may be eligible for a variety of bonuses including reenlistment bonuses, special duty assignment pay, and hazardous duty incentive pay.
Allowances: Seal Team members may also receive allowances for housing, subsistence, clothing maintenance and other expenses related to their duties as a member of the team.
