Yikes! When the heat index is high, it’s best to stay inside. If the temp is above 98.6 and the humidity is 70-80%, don’t even think about running outside - you could end up cooking your insides! Sweat won’t evaporate in that kind of humidity, so it’s best to avoid it altogether.
