Hold down the power button for 3-5 seconds - or 15 if you’ve got the Jetson Sphere Hoverboard. Once you see a sign that recalibration is complete, let go of the button and you’re good to go!
Power Off: Before attempting to reset your Jetson Hoverboard, make sure to power it off by pressing and holding the power button for 3-5 seconds.
Remove Battery Cover: Unscrew the battery cover located on the bottom of your hoverboard and remove it.
